The NV Grande Cuvée Grand Siècle No. 24 is an especially fine Champagne from Laurent Perrier. The blend of vintages (2007, 2006 and 2004) works so well, as does the later disgorgement. Baked apple tart, orchard fruit, marzipan and white flowers caress the palate. Once again, time in bottle on the lees is so beneficial. Disgorged: June 20, 2024.
