From the Beauregard lieu-dit of virused vines that yield small, concentrated berries and a product of a 34-hour maceration, Josselin’s NV Audace Rosé R.22—disgorged in April 2025 with a dosage of 2.5 grams per liter—derives entirely from the 2022 vintage. Bursting with aromas of cherry and wild raspberry mingled with pomegranate, rose petals and redcurrant, it’s medium- to full-bodied and ample yet precise, with a crisp core of fruit, lively acids and a sapid, delicately phenolic and perfumed finish. It will pair beautifully at the table with a wide variety of dishes.
