The 2023 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. This successfully combines the two varieties, with dark cherry and raspberry fruit alongside touches of orange pith. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, a keen line of acidity and a crunchy finish. Simple, but delicious.
